The use of polybags and topsoil planting media often causes the development seedlings is not maximal because too dense. As well as continuous inorganic fertilization balanced with provision organic fertilizers cause to become One efforts in overcoming this by providing compost. Compost can improve soil fertility structure. This research was conducted aim find out how influence banana stem compost fertilizer on growth rubber (Hevea brasiliensis Muell.Arg.) Clone PB 260 one umbrella. design used Randomized Block Design (RAK) factor, namely 5 levels that without composting stems (k0), 250 g / polybag (k1), 500 (k2), 750 (k3) 1000 (k4) group. observed variables are increase length grafting buds (cm), number leaf strands (strands), diameter graft (mm), time appearance second umbrella bud (day), dry weight header (g) roots seedlings. results showed treatment does differ noticeable seedling clones all parameters observations.
